LES Manhattan

A place that takes its craft seriously — without taking itself too far.

Froth opened on Rivington Street with a simple premise: do a few things exceptionally well. Our bakers start before dawn. Our coffee is sourced from roasters who treat the bean with the same respect. Our grocery shelves carry items we'd actually keep in our own kitchens.

We're not chasing trends. We're building something that lasts — a neighborhood institution where the bread is always fresh, the espresso is always right, and the regulars know your name.

Three pillars. No compromises.

01

Bakery

Sourdough, croissants, pastries, and seasonal breads — all baked from scratch before dawn. Our sourdough starter has been nurtured for years. Every loaf carries that patience.

02

Coffee

Espresso, pour-over, and cold brew from roasters we've visited and vetted personally. Every cup is pulled with intention — no rushed shots, no burnt beans.

Grocery

A carefully edited selection of olive oils, vinegars, preserved foods, chocolates, and pantry staples. Every item on our shelves is something we'd eat at home.

Sourcing isn't a marketing strategy. It's how we sleep at night.

We know our suppliers by name. We visit the farms, the roasteries, the cheesemongers. If we can't tell you where an ingredient came from, it doesn't belong on our shelves.

Flour

Stone-milled from regional mills. We rotate between heritage wheat varieties depending on the season.

Coffee

Direct-trade beans from small-lot roasters in New York and beyond. Rotating single-origin selections.

Dairy

Local creameries supply our butter and cheese. Grass-fed, pasteurized at the right temperature, treated right.

Grocery

Imported and domestic goods selected for quality, not margin. If it's on our shelf, we stand behind it.

Come say hello.
